8th grade students (and parents of 8th grade students);

8th grade students going into 9th grade: please consider signing up for HS Chorus next year.  The HS Chorus will be performing a musical in the Fall of 2021.  Mr. Granzow, the new 6-12 vocal teacher, will need several students to have a successful show.  Also, HS Chorus meets every day during 5th period.  In HS Chorus, you earn a FULL CREDIT, and it counts in your GPA (grade point average).  At the HS level, each chorus student gets a vocal lesson.  Lessons are usually done with a group of 2-3 students.  We need 9th grade students signing up for HS Chorus.  This past year, Mr. Ackerman had several 9th grade students in HS Chorus.  Hopefully, several 9th grade students will sign up for HS Chorus!!!

Thank you, Mr. Ackerman

7th grade students (and parents of 7th grade students):

7th grade students going into 8th grade: Please consider signing up for 7/8 Chorus next year.  7/8 Chorus meets 1st period every Monday, Thursday, and alternating Wednesdays.  Currently, there are not very many 7th grade students in 7/8 Chorus, but there are several 8th grade students in 7/8 Chorus.  With several 8th grade students going to the high school next fall, we need to have more 7th grade students sign up for 7/8 Chorus.  If you have already turned in your slip, you can change it in the office.  Please make sure that your parents okay any change to your schedule.

Thank you, Mr. Ackerman

6th grade students (and parents of 6th grade students)

6th grade students going into 7th grade: please consider signing up for 7/8 Chorus next year.  In 6th grade, everybody is REQUIRED to take 6th Grade Chorus, but in 7th grade, 7/8 Chorus becomes an ELECTIVE.  A student elects to take the course.  Please give 7/8 Chorus a try.  If you have already turned in your slip, you can change it in the office.  Please make sure that your parents okay any change to your schedule.  Thank you, Mr. Ackerman

Any student who is interested may stop by the middle school office for coupons good for $5.00 worth of fresh deli ham or packaged ham and $3.00 off a loaf of whole wheat or whole grain bread.
